I'm so called elderly person born in 1950 but plays a tennis for 3 hours every week. Apple computer has been called MAC from the name of Macintosh since many years. I love Mac computer since that time and I used to write programs and play around with variousapps as a hobby. I've been interested in web apps for a while now, so I decided to try out a free art posting site called「Free Virtual Art Gallery.」 I launched it at the end of June 2024. Since the start, I have been gradually improving and I think it's now a satisfying level site. I hope this site will be helpful to art lovers. I also love painting, but I haven't painted a single painting yet, so I haven't exhibited any yet. I was planning to exhibit soon, but I cleaned up my desk already and there is no chance to post my artwork any more. The previous logo, 「Art Gallery of art lovers, by art lovers for art lovers,」was a play on the famous lineby the 16th President of the United States, Lincoln, 「Government of the people, by the people, for the people.」We changed it to 「Art gallery for art lovers, by art lovers, for art lovers」, but I like how it fits my gallery perfectly, so I'm thinking of using it again somewhere.
